Passing On Assets

At your death, the time, energy and expense of probate can – and should be – avoided. It’s just no longer necessary. Your assets can be passed to your children and other beneficiaries without the conflict, cost and delays that court procedures can impose on your family.

Other issues that may arise during probate include the care and custody of your minor children, inheritance by a minor child or a child who is not yet mature enough to manage an inheritance, and predators who can access the public probate court records to take advantage of your vulnerable children.
